Do you know when Chinese New Year starts this year? It’s February 4.

The color white also represents pure, fresh, clean, simple and good.
The color white is also used for website backgrounds, charity and non-profit organizations.
The color white in some cultures associated with mourning and death. It means ends one life, beginning of another.

  1. Thank you so much for taking part in our monthly colour challenge.
    According to my Chinese son-in-law’ Chinese New Year itself begins on the 25th January 2020, there are numerous celebrations take place during the first two weeks, the animal year(white metal rat) begins on the Chinese first day of Spring which is the 4th February followed by the lantern celebration on the 5th Feb.

      1. Me too, Hope! I was also puzzled at the two dates. The son-in-law says that they just go by the first date the start of the new year! πŸ™‚
