Hello Abby’s Ingredients

Hi Everyone!

I thought you might be interested in Abby’s recipe for the Hallow Eve ingredients. Hope you enjoy it!

 = 8 – cups of sugar,

 = 2 – sticks of butter,

 = 2 – 12 oz cans of evaporated milk,

Add ingredients to non-stick cauldron, if yours is not non-stick make sure you coat your cauldron so ingredients do not stick or burn.

Remember to stir, stir, stir so ingredients do not burn or stick.

Cook them to soft ball stage 235 to 245 Fahrenheit degrees or your ingredients are really, really, boiling. Turn off.

I usually don’t go higher then 235 degrees with my stove. If your mixture is bubbling, bubbling and shooting out bits of liquid, which is extremely hot, hot, hot – it’s time to turn off. Always be cautious when making any type candy!!!!

Now add  = 1 – 18 oz jar of crunchy peanut butter – stir,

= 2 – jars of marshmallow Fluff or creme – stir,

  = 2 – 12 oz bags of semi-sweet morsels – stir, stir quickly.

You have to stir quickly for blending of chocolate.

Scoop your mixture into the 2 to 3 coated pans depending on how thick you want to make your “FUDGE”. Yes it’s “FUDGE”!

If you say I left out the vanilla I did. Over the years I usually forgot to add it and no one noticed.

Have a great day! Hope
