If you love to cook, I’m sure you use specific herbs for each of your recipes.
Spaghetti, meatballs, lasagna, pasta fagioli. What would you use?
How about thyme sprigs, rosemary sprigs, bay leaf.
Sprigs you say? Yes “sprigs”. You toss in the sprigs, once they cook down, remove the “sprigs”.
